Refill Roll™ bags are completely compostable at home ((OK COMPOST HOME) - EN13432 European certification - Seedling logo) and can easily be thrown in the compost or organic waste bin.

Disadvantages

- the bags have a limited shelf life because they are compostable: due to the materials used, we can guarantee a minimum shelf life of 1 year from manufacture (can be found on the printing)

The Compost Bag Company does not recommend buying a large number of items at one time. Compostable bags retain their positive properties for up to 1 year from the date of manufacture and then begin to degrade.

Refill Rolls™ compostable kitchen bucket bags are produced in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way in Belgium at their factory in Herent: The Compost Bag Company. The bags are made from renewable, plant-based ingredients sourced from Italy.
